Former U.S. Marine Michael Blickensderfer, earned his Business Administration degree in 1974 from Ohio University. Thereafter, he worked in New York for several years as a Cargo Manager, where he supervised cargo operations for several major airline carriers including Saudi American Airlines. Following his employment at JFK Airport, Mr. Blickensderfer graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1985, where he earned his Law degree.
Attorney Michael Blickensderfer has been licensed to practice Law in the state of Florida since 1987. He is also admitted to practice Law in the states of New York and New Jersey since 1986.
Mr. Blickensderfer is experienced in personal injury law, and represents clients in the areas of automobile accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, dog bites, marine and aviation accidents, motorcycle accidents and wrongful death. In addition to personal injury law, Mr. Blickensderfer holds experience in real estate transactions, short sales, foreclosure defense, title insurance, and real estate litigation.
Attorney Blickensderfer’s legal experience extends to immigration law, and social security as well. He is also proficient in business transactions, particularly in the areas of leases and contracts. He is knowledgeable in chapter 7 bankruptcy law.
As a former prosecutor, Michael Blickensderfer is eminently skilled in criminal law. He actively serves clients in the areas of criminal law, narcotics, Medicaid fraud, white-collar crime, and DUI offenses.
His extensive trial and courtroom experience in civil and criminal matters, influences his faculty and wisdom with court proceedings. Mr. Blickensderfer has also acted as a public defender; he maintains great proficiency and vast knowledge as a private defense attorney.
